A strong core is crucial to a strong body. Through Pilates movements the spine and core muscles are stimulated to become stronger, leaner and longer.
CoreMix is a one-hour Pilates based exercise format for groups (4-6 people). We focus on toning, spinal alignment, muscle lengthening and stretching. Throughout, we creatively strengthen the muscles of the “Core” promoting overall well-being. Working with a variety of small apparatuses we challenge muscles of the entire body.
Private, semi-private training also available.
