Total Belly Meltdown is a high-intensity, belly-scorching routine that is sure to tone and strengthen muscles of your entire core! 


This new class has been developed and designed by dare to be fit, with our typical client in mind: one that wants a tough core workout and visible results - but has limited time. 


In this hour-long class, we alternate between bursts of fat-burning exercises with intense core intervals, as they are both integral in achieving results. You will not only melt your belly away, but you will also improve you overall cardio-conditioning, which leads to optimal fat burn!
