One of my greatest passions in life is travel! The kind where you discover not only the treasures of a culture and civilization, but also its people through their way of life, markets and street cafes. Traveling is not only an acquisition of knowledge, but also a reflection on who we are as individuals that allows us to grow and expand.
OF COURSE, my trips always involve FITNESS as a way to stay healthy during travel and a means to explore a country, or state on foot, bike, kayak, etc.
Before COVID-19, I organized several national and international “wellness retreats” to promote curiosity, learn and stay fit in a fun, new environment. My trips included Santa Fe (where I since relocated to), Sedona, Madison and Croatia.
Once we return to the way of life as we once knew it, I am excited to share with you some NEW destinations to grow our dare to be fit community and be fit.
